Most Valuable Team Players

Air-Row Names Most Valuable Team Player for 1st Quarter

Martinsburg, WV Dale Householder, president of Air-Row Sheet Metal Company Inc., a Martinsburg-based custom metal fabricator and HVAC contractor that serves the quad-state area, announces the company’s 1st Quarter 2005 employee recognition award for “Most Valuable Team Player”. The recipient is selected by the entire company based on performance criteria from reliability and expertise to attitude and cooperation. Jeff Peterson, sheet metal foreman, who joined the Air-Row team six years ago,was selected by a confidential vote of all Air-Row employees for this award. States Peterson, “While the award is an honor, I wasn’t looking for it. For me, winning awards isn’t the priority as much as doing the job well.” According to Householder, “Peterson is a real asset to the company in terms of his work ethic, positive attitude, dedication to excellence, and knowledge of sheet metal construction. In fact, Peterson is one of four Certified Sheet Metal Apprentice Instructions at Air-Row who teach the Apprenticeship Program for Associated Builders and Contractors of Cumberland Valley. We depend on highly qualified employees to turn out quality workmanship within a safe workplace. We also look for employees who collaborate well with other members of the project team – including the owner, contractor and other subcontractors. Jeff consistently hits our mark for high standards.” Jeff Peterson lives with his family in Hagerstown.

Air-Row Names Most Valuable Team Player

Martinsburg, WV Dale Householder, president of Air-Row Sheet Metal Company Inc., a Martinsburg-based custom metal fabricator and HVAC contractor that serves the quad-state area, announces the company’s 4th Quarter 2004 employee recognition award for Most Valuable Team Player. Ellis Baker, shop foreman, was selected by a confidential vote of all Air-Row employees for this award. Baker, a resident of Hagerstown, has been with the company for six years. According to Householder, “Ellis reflects the core values of Air-row in his work ethic, positive attitude, dedication to excellence, and knowledge of sheet metal construction. These qualities and the way he facilitates teamwork help to create a safe, successful workplace and profitable company. Ellis was selected by his peers for this award because he has earned their respect and has consistently lived up to the high standards Air-Row has set for performance.”

Air-Row Names Most Valuable Team Player

Martinsburg, WV Dale Householder, president of Air-Row Sheet Metal Company Inc., located in Martinsburg, announced the company’s second recognition award for Most Valuable Team Player at its company-wide meeting. Air-Row specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of commercial HVAC systems and custom metal projects and services a four-state region. Brian Thomas, Sheet Metal Foreman, was selected by a confidential vote of company employees. According to Householder, “Brian has been a foreman at Air-Row for 10 years. His attitude, dedication, knowledge, and teamwork embody the values that we believe make a successful workplace, safe jobsite, and profitable company. Brian was selected by his peers for this award because he has earned their respect and set an example of performance excellence.” States, Thomas, “While I don’t expect any special recognition, it’s an honor that my co-workers think well of me. We all work as a team here at Air-Row.” Thomas lives with his family in Hedgesville.
