News Flash: Congratulations to Alicia Pownall, the student from Orchard View Intermediate School who won the Tin Man with a Heart Contest. She came up with the best essay, name and artwork from more than 200 contenders and won $250 for her school and $50 for herself. Her highly ingenious name for the Tin Man was "A. Orta."
